4 Week Mobility Program

 

This is a self paced program that is 4 weeks long with the goal of exploring rotation, addressing tension, restarting and improving range of motion. If your using this program, I assume you are looking to improve the way you feel and move daily. So with the goal being just that, I want you to move at your own pace. Everyone has different issues so if you want to repeat a week or even start over that’s totally cool and recommended. Also, there is no perfect program or movement. So if there is a movement that’s giving you pain or discomfort use that as a guide to skip a movement, seek a regression or if you find a movement(s) that you like do them more often. I hope this program serves as a guide and a taste test to find which movements work best for and provide some structure and progression to keep you going in the right direction. If you are in a rush and need to knock off a set or want another set feel free to add it to her more reps. These days be done on any day depending on schedule.
