DETAILS ON PERSONAL TRAINING
PLEASE READ
One on one personal training and small groups must be booked one week in advance.
Payments must be made before training starts.
Small groups: If you are in a group of two or three and someone doesn't show, you will still be able to train. The athlete who did not show up will be charged full price.
Small groups: Must train with the same people every session.
Athletes can lock in on future days/time.
If an athlete has to reschedule for a different time that day, there will be a $10 fee.
The session starts on that hour, no matter what.
The session is one hour long.
Athletes can cancel 24 hours in advance.
Athletes will be charged fully for no shows and cancelations.
Athletes must bring their own water, towel and anything else they need.
No one on their cell phones for more than :30s or you owe 1 lap around the circle.
No children allowed to sit around while mom or dad train.
Sorry! It is a huge distraction for all.
The training sessions will be 2-4 week waves for progressive overload.
I will keep the movements fresh and fun week to week.
The program will be structured based off goals and how often someone trains.
Additional programming outside of in person will be free.
